How long is each stretch class?
This class duration is one (1) hour. From 7:00am (SHARP!) to 8:00am Eastern Standard Time.

Will there be a replay if I am not available to attend the LIVE class?
Yes. You will have access to the class replays.

What do I need for this course?
You will need the following:
   1 Yoga Mat
   2 Yoga Blocks (substitute with books)
   1 Belt or Yoga Strap
